Sensei Aaron Hoopes, established martial artist, author and founder of Zen Yoga, has announced the release of his latest work,

“Zen Yoga, a Path to Enlightenment through Breathing, Movement and Meditation,” published by Kodansha International. Sensei Hoopes has an established background of over 25 years of experience in the fields of movement,yoga,breathing, meditation and martial arts.
